National Volunteer Week is an opportunity for United Way of Monmouth and Ocean Counties (UWMOC) to recognize the impact of volunteer service and the power of volunteers to tackle society’s greatest challenges, build stronger communities and be a force that transforms the world.
Each year, we shine a light on the people and causes that inspire us to serve, recognizing and thanking volunteers who lend their time, talent and voice to make a difference in our community. Doing good comes in many forms, and we recognize and celebrate them all.
We are especially grateful for all of the wonderful volunteers on our Board of Directors, Advisory Board and committees who have worked diligently over the past year to ensure that UWMOC has done all that we could to help the people of our community during this crisis.

Thank you to our corporate and individual volunteers for offering your time and resources to come together to distribute donations such as paper goods, senior comfort bags, diapers and children's winter coats to residents in Monmouth and Ocean counties that need it most.
